Waypoint Fitness is about you. At the core of our philosophy is the belief that every person is on their own journey, and that everyone's journey looks just a bit different.  


 We believe that settings goals--real, measurable goals--is the key to success. 


Through a personalized approach and scientific based protocols, we aim to help each client reach their destination: their Waypoint.
